This page count is above 79 pages, so KDP can print spine text. Keep text at least 0.0625 in from each spine edge.

Cover bleed is required on every outer edge

A paperback cover spread adds 0.125 inch beyond the back-cover edge, front-cover edge, top, and bottom. The spine sits between the two trim-width panels and does not receive another independent bleed allowance.

Keep important content inside the safe area

KDP advises placing content you do not want trimmed at least 0.25 inch from the outside cover edge. Spine text also needs 0.0625 inch clearance from each spine edge. The visual diagram distinguishes bleed from the trim line.
